PRIVATE PARTY REPOSSESSIONS
Exodus Bailiffs requires the following documents to repo your vehicle for you:
1. Photocopy of Vehicle Title / Insurance Registration
2. Completed Repossession Hold Harmless form

Please include any additional information, documents, or background info that you feel may help Exodus Bailiffs locate your skip. For example credit applications, reference sheet, copy of driver’s license, last known location, etc.
REPOSSESSION PROCESS
Once Exodus Bailiffs receives all required information, a Bailiff will immediately be assigned to your case. Our Bailiff will dispatch a tow truck to the location you have indicated. If the vehicle is located where our driver can avoid confrontation, our driver will quickly and quietly repossess the vehicle and deliver it to the nearest Exodus Bailiffs storage lot, where a condition report and vehicle property inventory will be issued. We will record all data such as odometer reading, overall condition, and any property the debtor may have left behind in the vehicle.
